She is survived by: her children, Cecil Powell Jr. (Tina), Sue Anne Johnson (Mark) and Richard Powell; and her grandchildren, Courtney Perry, Nicole Johnson, Tyler Powell, Miranda Powell, Andrew Powell and Zachary Powell. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
