She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Andrews and Myrtice Andrews; her uncles, Gordon and Pete Mitchell; her siblings, Robert, Roger, Johnny Andrews, Gail Andrews, Wannell Matthews and Angie Hom; and her grandson James B. Manuel Jr..

She is survived by: her husband Berry Godwin; her children, Shannon Andrews (Tim) and James "Jamie" Manuel (Casey); her stepson Gary Godwin (Amber); her grandchildren, Briauna Smith (Miles), Mariah, Austin, Jaxon, Memphis Manuel, Dalton Godwin and Garrett Cravey (Kyleigh); and her siblings, Darrell Andrews (Sandra), Joe Andrews, Linda Collins, Christine Savage and Joyce Tyson (Frank). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Annette's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, a cause close to her heart.
