He is survived by: his children, Vickie King, Felicia Colley, Bonnie Anz and Samuel Monroe (Stacey); and his siblings, Camilla Shannon, Kenneth Monroe and Robert Monroe (EllaMae). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
