He was predeceased by: his parents, Gillie Kelly and Beatrice Silcox Kelly; and his siblings, Ken Kelly and Sharon White. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Bell Kelly; his stepsons, Billy Hutchinson (Bailey) and Mark Hutchinson; his stepgranddaughters, Amelia and Emma; and his sister Darlene Kelly.
