As Artelia departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Artelia may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Artelia leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her father Andrew C. Hill. She is survived by: her mother Brenda Hill; her husband Reginald Franklin, Sr.; her son Spencer Hill (Angel); her siblings, Katrice Hill-Rouse (Carl), Andrea Hill and Alex Hill; and her mother-in-law Ethel Lue Franklin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, aunts other relatives and friends.
