He was predeceased by: his parents, John Costa and Mary Rezendes; his son Timothy Costa; and his stepfather Bob Baptist. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Melinda Lockwood (Kenny) and Stacy Gardner; his grandchildren, Alexia and Mya; and his stepchildren, Warren Taylor, Emily BeDell, Cathy Bettencourt (Kenny) and Joey Younger (Sonya). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
