Autry leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Autry’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Autry will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara "Peggy" Brown; and his parents, Lambro Brown and Buna Scott. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Doles (Roger) and Beryle Watt Brown (Betty); his brother Jim Ebanks (Jo Ann); his nephew Steve Brown (Ann); and his pet PeeWee.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
