He was predeceased by: his parents, Zilla Mae and Rudolph Smith. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lynn "Debbie" Smith; his children, Allen Smith (April), Sheri Dean, Brent Smith and Bellaboo; his sisters-in-law, Sylvia Arnold, Krista Ashford and Lisa Hope (Jim); and his uncle Thomas Menear.
