She is survived by: her children, Christie Willingham (Tim), Matt Blanchard, Nicole Maddox and Adam Bowman (Amelia); her grandchildren, Lindsey Helton, Matthew, Kendall Blanchard, Braylin Howell (Colby), Blake, Mitchell, Macy and Karly Maddox; her sons, William, Waylon, Weston and Walker Bowman; her great grandchild Kelsea Keener; her siblings, Bert (Lyvonne), Johnny Hagen (Chris) and Annette Ayars; and her friend Donna Greathouse. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family.
