She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorena Mallernee and William Mallernee; her husband Virgil Robert Edwards; and her children, Deborah Lynn Long of Gainesville, FL and Michael Robert Edwards of Dallas, TX..
She is survived by: her sisters, Mildred, Betty and Marguerite; her son David B. Edwards (Anita) of Jacksonville; and her grandchildren, Emily Edwards, Matt Edwards, Amber Thomas, Katie Long Meyers, Adam Edwards and Aaron Edwards. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances should be directed to Englewood Baptist Church.
