She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Frances and Johnny Caldwell; her siblings, Dolan Locklear, Sylvia Ollgaard (Roland), Mildred Marshall, Donnie Gene Locklear, Earl Locklear, Johnny Locklear and Dennis Locklear (Beck); and her grandchild Lhonnie Jay.
She is survived by : her children, Vanessa Bilgera-Krug (Patrick) of Jacksonville, FL, Gary Bilgera (Mary Buckley-Bilgera) of Raeford, NC and Julius Bilgera (Lacey Bilgera) of Jacksonville, FL; her sister Marie Jones of Raeford, NC; her aunts, Retha Kenworthy of North Carolina and Annie Ruth Locklear of North Carolina; her siblings-in-law, Donna Locklear of North Carolina, Beverly Locklear of North Carolina, Gail Locklear of Virginia Beach, VA and Robert Marshall of Norfolk, VA; her grandchildren, Kaylee, Jennifer, Annette, Makayla, Cecilia, Na'thali Kai and Koa Li; and her great grandchildren, Luna Rae, Bastian and Declan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
