He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Victor McClellan Sr. and Rosalie Haddock McClellan; and his brother Eugene Victor McClellan Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy McClellan; his daughters, Angela Rudolph (Aaron) and Teresa McClellan; his granddaughters, Amber Moring and Kaitlyn Smith; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley McClellan and Bertha Dowling. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
