She was predeceased by: her father Joseph C. Fullwood; and her sister Deborah Pender (Edward Webb). She is survived by: her mother Earnestine Fullwood; and her children, Reggie Fullwood, Tarrence Fullwood (Terica), Krystal Webb and Tarkera Randall. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, special cousins, lifelong friends, classmates.
