He is survived by: his children, Heather (James), Sean Fairfield of Tomball, TX and Dustin Fairfield (Alisha) of Jacksonville, FL; his brothers, Rick Fairfield (Mary) of Indiana and Tim Fairfield (Beth) of Indiana; his sister-in-law Sandy Fairfield; and his grandchildren, Austin Nault, Annabeth Stormer, Samantha Fairfield, Brantlee Jaxson Merrit, Nathaniel Fairfield, Aliyah Fairfield and Leilani Fairfield. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Ferreira Funeral Services (1320 Chaffee Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32221). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Ferreira Funeral Services - Jacksonville's Westside (1320 Chaffee Rd S, Jacksonville, FL 32221). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
