He is survived by: his children, Heather (James), Sean Fairfield of Tomball, TX and Dustin Fairfield (Alisha) of Jacksonville, FL; his brothers, Rick Fairfield (Mary) of Indiana and Tim Fairfield (Beth) of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Austin Nault, Annabeth Stormer, Samantha Fairfield, Brantlee Jaxson Merrit, Nathaniel Fairfield, Aliyah Fairfield and Leilani Fairfield. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
