He was predeceased by: his father Clyde W. Montgomery. He is survived by: his children, Greg Montgomery (Stacy) and Carly Mathews (Mike); his mother Gladys Montgomery; his siblings, Tim Montgomery (Meg) and Patricia Hulsey (Joe); his grandchildren, Chase Collins (Jordan), Brody Collins and Gracie Montgomery; his great grandchildren, Kinleigh and Truett Collins; and his nephew Joey Hulsey.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Peeples (14165 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
