We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2025, at the age of 89, Clyde Riggs in Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Clyde leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Clyde may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Erchie McMillan and James B. RiggsHe. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn L Riggs; his daughter Lisa Marie Pitman; his granddaughters, Alessandra Pitman and Ashley Woods; and his cousins, Billie Drain, Carol Clark, Dee Patterson, Reatha Harrison and Rick Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the The Riverside Event Pavilion (1373 Memorial Park Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32205). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
