He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Heath and Brandi Heath; his son Kolby Kash Heath; his siblings, Ella Heath and Evan Heath; his great-grandparent Elizabeth Carter; and his grandparents, Danny Heath, Rita Carter, Ron Tyler (Lora) and Jill Winkle (Dave). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Fourth and Gold in Trey's name.
