He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Massimo; his son Joseph Blyler (Sabrina); his brothers, Johnny Blyler (Jean) and Clyde Adam Blyler (Latrell); his grandchildren, Morgan Waddell and Judsen Blyler; and his great grandchildren, Coleman and Maylee Whitworth. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
