He is survived by: his wife Jane Baker; his children, Beth Ann (George), Erik (Katie) and Meaghan (Peter); his grandchildren, Madison, Marley and George; and his siblings, Louis (Rhonda), Billy (Ana), Laura (Mark) and Mary Anne (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at 1100 Stockton St, Jacksonville, FL 32204.

Should you wish to honor David's memory, In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorial donations be made to the Tristesse Grief Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
