He is survived by: his wife Lisa Rebman Johnson of Jacksonville; his daughters, Kristen Nicole Johnson of Jacksonville and Kelly Leann Mack (Austin) of Callahan; his brothers, Daryl Johnson of Plant City and Thomas "TJ" Johnson (Carrie) of Elizabeth City; and his grandchildren, Daisy Mae Mack and Kason David Johnson.
