He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Heather, Kaitlyn and Ryan; his grandchildren, Knox, Kane, Kruz and Aubree; and his pet Gidget.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Legacy Lodge 4801 (4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dave's memory to the Jacksonville Humane Society in honor of his love for animals, or to the American Heart Association in support of heart health and lifesaving research.
