It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Elswick Farmer (Jacksonville, Florida), born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Elswick and Joan Elswick; and her brother Gary Joe Elswick. She is survived by: her children, Matthew L. Farmer (Alena) and Amanda S. Snow (Gordon); and her grandchildren, Seth, Abigail, Jordan, Tabitha Snow and Donald Nixon. She is also survived by ses her husband and children.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (secure.nationalmssociety.org).
