She is survived by: her mother Judy Eileen Fahnestock (Thompson); her husband Kenneth Wayne Meadows; her children, Brittany Renée Meadows, Joshua Tyler Meadows and Abigail Dawn Meadows; her grandchildren, Tyler Wayne Meadows and Gracelyn JoAnna Shuart; her brother Jeffrey Johnson; her sister-in-law Michelle Woods Johnson; her nephews, Joe and Ian Johnson; and her close friend Mindy. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, and numerous cherished cousins and friends.
