She is survived by: her sisters, Virginia Holcomb and Edna Grier-Myers; her brother-in-law Odell Bright; and her siblings' children, Linda Sumlar, Paulette Parker, Georgette Denson, Glenn Holcomb (Brenda), Deangelo Bright, Marsha Butler, Derald Grier Sr. (Deborah), Tracey Grier, Raymond Grier, Bernard Bell (Dorothy), Lolita Purcell, Gwendolyn Flood and Jacquelyn Robinson. She is also survived by other nieces and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Soutel Chapel (5065 Soutel Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32208-1863). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
