She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob McNair and Ella McNair (Barnes); her husband Joseph Rutledge; and her children, Linzerl Earl Rutledge (Elizabeth), Kelvin Rutledge (Lillian) and Angela Rutledge-Peraza.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Rutledge, Sherri Rutledge and Kenneth Rutledge; and her grandchildren, Linzerl Rutledge Jr., Jasmine Rutledge, Jeffrey Lloyd, Samaiah Peraza-Wyatt, Katiera Davis of Michael, A. D, Gabriella Rutledge, Angel Rutledge and Joseph A. B. Rutledge.
