She is survived by: her mother Rosie Mary Carter; and her siblings, Hansel Jones (Willie Ann), Oscar Wilson, Denise Johnson, Christopher Carter (Lashando) and Shelia McMillian (Glenn). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
