He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foye and Ruth Foye. He is survived by: his significant other Dorothy "Jean" Foye; his children, Natalie Williams (Mark) and Eddy M. Foye, Jr. (Monica); and his grandchildren, Jenna, Peyton Williams, Grayson and Jackson Foye.
