He is survived by: his wife Clara Julia Campbell; his children, Stevie Campbell (Tonja) and LaDeirdre Gail Shivers; his grandchildren, Ashley Forehand, LaDeirdre "Dee Dee" Forehand, Ebony (Tony) and Eric Duncan Jones Jr.; his great grandchildren, Tyree Bates, Tyrell Bates, Janiyla Johnson, Cassia Mayberry, Tony Goodman Jr. Tajae Goodman, Cheyenne Jourdain, Chandler Wells, Taylor Murphy, Nasir Shumake, Jah'Niyah Johnson, Kayden Jordan, Zoey Alberta, Alfonza Alberta III and Tamera Murphy; his great great grandchild Melani Bates; his siblings, Denard Smith and Mary Smith; his cousin Preston Baker; and his sisters-in-law, Mae Francis Kirkland, Christine Davis and Erma Jean Kohn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
