A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the San Mateo Baptist Church (11637 Charlie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapel Hills Memory Gardens (850 St Johns Bluff Rd N, Jacksonville, FL 32225).
