She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson "TJ" Roberts and Ruth Whitehead Roberts; her husband Barnum McCarty; and her daughter Sara Ann McCarty. She is survived by: her daughters, Clara Elizabeth Pulignano (Nicholas Vincent) and Mary Shannon Graham (James Cole); her grandchildren, Claire Elizabeth Pulignano, Nicholas Vincent Pulignano III (Kelly), Helen Laine Gandy (Coleman), Elizabeth Ann Gilrain (Sean) and James Cole Graham Jr.; her great grandchildren, Lucy, Court, Graham and John Barnum; and her nephew Bill Fannin (Debbie).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (4129 Oxford Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32210).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Mark's Episcopal Church or Camp Weed, 11057 Camp Weed Place, Live Oak, FL 32060.
