Elva Jean Ulery Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elva Jean Ulery (Jacksonville, Florida), who passed away on October 23, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Rachel Rega (Isola) and Carmen Donald Rega. She is survived by: her husband Roger R. Ulery, Jr.; her children, Robin Smith (Roy), Roger R Ulery III, Shari Countryman and Julie Rhodes (Tony); her grandchildren, Amanda Adams (James), Michael Rhodes (Tabatha), Blair Countryman, Jennifer Rhodes and Taylor Countryman (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Colby, Matthew, Everly, Easton, Brynlee, Ellie, Jacob, Riley, Reese, Marley and Hazel; and her brother Johnny Rega (Paula). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
