He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kovarik and Susan Kovarik; his wife Diana Catherine Brown; and his brothers, James and Albert.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Bolling (Jim) of Jacksonville, Kathleen Kahmann (Jim) of Florence, KY, Robert Kovarik (Kim) of Orlando and Jennifer Coleman (Michael) of Orlando. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (9800 Baymeadows Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32256).
