She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Lee Strickland, Sr.; and her sons, Donnie Carter and Richard Strickland, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Norman Carter (Jennie) of Scottsboro, AL, Terry Strickland (Monica), Dennis Strickland (Debra), Sheila Crowder (late Clay) of Jacksonville and Angie Jackson (Kenny) of Jacksonville. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
