We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2025, at the age of 71, Evelyn Willis of Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Leon Wiggins; her husband Richard "Carl" Willis, Jr.; and her mother Agnes Wiggins. She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Willis and Jeannie Lee (Michael); and her grandchildren, Jessica Goodson, Jennifer Lee, Haili Yourn, Cody Lee and Brandy Lee.
