She was predeceased by: her parents, Rea Altwater and Caroline Evans; her sister Margaret Cahan; and her husbands, Jim Bowman and Wilbur Mobley.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rea Altwater Jr. and Shirley Altwater. She is also survived by her two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Pavilion Building (1373 Memorial Park Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32205).
