It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Ann Powers of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Frances is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Bell (Bingham) and Henry Mathis Wright. She is survived by: her daughter Laura Wall; her sisters, Lorene and Doris; and her grandchildren, Christian, Brittany, Christina, John Wayne, Alexandra and Walter, Jr.. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; along with several nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
