With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred Walker of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Harrisburg, Illinois, who passed away on May 4, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fred Walker to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel Walker and Emma Walker; and his siblings, Robert Walker (Ruby), Virginia Boyett (Kenneth), Billie Walker (Imogene), Jack Walker (Betty), Barbara Drysdale (Douglas), Frank Walker (Donna), Glen Walker (Mary Ann) and Evadine Waltemate (Donald).

He is survived by : his wife Betty Walker; his son Alan Walker (Amy); his grandchildren, Jacob and Jessica; and his sisters, Mary McAdams (Harry) and Freda Berry (Robert).

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Neptune Baptist Church (407 3rd St, Neptune Beach, FL 32266).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the International Mission Board and Community Hospice,https://www.imb.org.
