He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dulaney Hale "Kaye"; his daughters, Katrina M. Hale-Burnette (Brian Burnette) and Karaliea L. Hale-Funches (Brian Funches); his grandsons, Franklin Williams III and Brian Funches II; his godchildren, Misti Rushing (Michael Rushing), Lonna and Garrett Rushing; and his brothers, Carl Hale (Chynet Bond-Hale) and William "Tarik Hassan" Hale.
