He was predeceased by: his parents, John Campbell and Lillian Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Jean Campbell of Jacksonville, FL; his daughters, Tami Birchmeier, Dawn Zagame and Robin Birchmeier; his grandchildren, Alex Birchmeier and Monica Zagame; and his brother John Campbell.
