He was predeceased by: his father Attorney; his wife Martha Williams Reed; and his sisters, Mary Ann Knabb and Barbara Tappan. He is survived by: his children, Keith B. Reed (Gary Lockwood) and Kimberly R. Cunningham (Spencer). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
