She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Lamar Sparkman. She is survived by: her children, Gail, Miledge, Paula, Cathy, Lamar and Frankie; and her siblings, Frankie McCormick, Kitty Smith, Shirleen Hester and Dan Defee. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
