He was predeceased by : his mother Loretta (Joe Rufus Bevel). He is survived by : his grandson Aiden Bevel; his brothers, Mike Bevel and Joe Bevel; and his niece ShaQuana Bevel. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Serenity Chapel (6665 New Kings Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32219).
