Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jr. Memorial Chapel (4315 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Wayman Temple A. M. E Church (West) (1176 Labelle St, Jacksonville, FL 32205).
