He is survived by: his wife Janice McKnight; his children, Kalin McKnight, Sydney Rayfield, Zina Sarpy (Thaddieus), Tina Tobias, Casey McKnight and Rhonda Johnson; his siblings, Joseph McKnight Jr., Monica Parker (Walter) and Veronica Lockett; and his sisters-in-law, Terri Gaston, Aleta Gaston, Valiska Pigford (Lemont) and Ivy Whittington (Dennis).
