He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Burkheardt Scott and Lois Bradham Scott; and his brothers, Doug Scott, Don Scott and Bernard Scott.
He is survived by: his son John H. Scott; his granddaughters, Katherine Scott and Amelia Scott; and his siblings, Toni Warren and Rick Scott (Martha). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Riverside Memorial Park (7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32210).
