He is survived by: his siblings, Pawnee (James), Austin (Gail), Robin (David) and Angela; his children, Stacey (Teresa), Shannon (Johnny) and Josh (Tiffany); his granddaughters, Jessika, Alexia (Cody), Abigail, Alyssa, Addison and Ava; and his great grandchildren, Declan, Bexley and Ezekiel.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carthage Chapel Funeral Home (929 W Beaver St, Jacksonville, FL 32204).
