She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Blakely and Juanita Blakely (Jones); her husband Robert Ashton; her brothers, Gerald and Richard Blakely; and her son Dale Robert Pennington.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Dennis (Bill) of Arizona, Naomi Jeanne (David) and Douglas Pennington (Mona) of Arizona. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
