She is survived by: her husband Bob Foley; her son Dax Davis; her siblings, Joanne Herow, Candace Kane-Pereda, Daphne Kane and Tommy Harney; her nieces and nephews, Chriss Carroll, Sacharow, Glenn Mathis and Eric Logeson; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kendra, Emma, Scottie and Shane; Elisabeth, Sedona, Kit, Maddison and Lil Shaney.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Jacksonville Humane Society in memory of Jackie Foley.
