With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James P. Citrano (Jacksonville, Florida), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on August 26, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard V. Citrano and Rose S. Citrano. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Fogarty Citrano; his children, Sheila Bontempo (Thomas), James P. Citrano, Jr. (Hillary), Thomas Citrano (Beth) and Kara Leonard (Eddie); his grandchildren, Maggie Rose, Georgia Bontempo, James Citrano III, Janie, Emily Citrano, Quentin, Gabe Citrano, Cal and Michael Leonard; and his sisters, Elaine Citrano Sutherland and Leonora Citrano Green.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Fund for Bishop Kenny High School, 1055 Kingman Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32207.
