He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Hall Tuttle; his daughter Joy Wagner (Kerry); his grandchildren, Megan Sloan, Samantha Marlowe (Warren), Taylor Sloan and Hayley Tuttle; and his great grandchildren, Matthew and Annabelle.
